Fall Festivals Fill the Region This Week

The season is showing off what it does best. On September 26, head to Wellesley for the 51st annual Apple Butter and Cheese Festival, with about 50 craft vendors and more than 40 food vendors serving up fall flavours. Best part? Free admission and free parking. Same day, families can hunt for treasure at Fairview Park Mall in Kitchener from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Oktoberfest Treasure Hunt brings family activities, food vendors, and prize draws to kick off the season. As temperatures cool and the leaves turn, there's never been a better time to get out and enjoy what the region's got cooking.
